This page offers PDF-files with material on 19th-century British popular radicalism. The material was originally compiled for personal use. It lists articles from several radical papers of the 1860s and 1870s which I used in my book Auf der Suche nach dem 'wahren' Liberalismus, which deals with the democratic movement in mid-Victorian Britain. The material has also been used in an article dealing with the history of radical newspapers and the First International and some work dealing with the life and activities of Alfred Armstrong Walton.
The material might be of some use for other researchers as well. It does NOT provide a comprehensive index of radical papers, but it offers a good survey of the respective papers' entries on different aspects of radical politics, with particular emphasis on the years 1867 to 1871. If you search the index by using key terms which might appear in the headlines of articles, you may find references to material of interest to you. In many cases you will also find short abstracts of the article's content. I have taken particular care to note people's names so name searches should be promising.
